Adolfo Babatz is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Clip. Before founding Clip in 2012, Adolfo held different positions at PayPal, where he was first responsible for leading the team that opened PayPal in Mexico and then became Customer Engagement and New Product Development Manager for PayPal Latin America.
Before PayPal, Adolfo was part of the founding team of The Carlyle Group in Mexico. Previously, he worked as an advisor to the Executive Vice President of Grupo Desc, one of Mexico’s largest industrial conglomerates. Adolfo currently sits on the board of Endeavor Mexico.
Adolfo holds a BA in Business from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
